The Office of the Governor uses a selection of templated
forms to assist organisations that are hosting the Governor, and to facilitate
its own administration. These forms are normally distributed through the
routine exchange of correspondence. The forms described below are accessible
in PDF format.
Protocol

If the Governor is attending a function being arranged by your
organisation, the Protocol and Administrative Guidelines are designed
to assist with the planning process. Topics include the role of the host,

Guide
Where the Governor has accepted an invitation to attend
an event arranged by your organisation, information is sought which enables
the Governor to be fully briefed in advance, to enable the commitment
to be fulfilled satisfactorily, and to ensure that the needs of the organisation
are met.

This form assists a host organisation to provide relevant
information so that the Governor’s speech can be prepared in a timely
manner, meets the needs of the occasion, does not cut across or duplicate
other speakers, and reflects the theme/s desired by the host organisation.

Summarises the objectives, membership and funding base of organisations
of which the Governor or her spouse are patrons.
