Governor Grants Royal Assent to Health Legislation Amendment Bill (No. 2) 2025

Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM, Governor of Queensland, today received the  Deputy Clerk of Queensland Parliament, Mr Michael Ries, for the presentation of the following Bill, to which Royal Assent was granted:

Health Legislation Amendment Bill (No. 2) 2025

A bill for an Act to amend the Fire Services Act 1990, the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019, the Pharmacy Business Ownership Act 2024, the Public Health Act 2005, the Public Health Regulation 2018, the Queensland Mental Health Commission Act 2013 and the Radiation Safety Act 1999 for particular purposes
