Gavel Finds His Place

Children's book about Gavel, the Vice-Regal Dog in Queensland. 

Gavel the German Shepherd travels around Queensland trying to 'find his place'. 

Based on the real-life story of Gavel. Too friendly to become a police dog, he was recruited as Queensland's first official Vice-Regal Dog.
