On Tuesday, in the morning, at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Brisbane, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the 2026 Health and Wellbeing Queensland Prevention Symposium, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of BallyCara Retirement Village visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

Following, at Mount Alvernia College, Kedron, Her Excellency attended a Wattle Tree Planting Ceremony to mark National Wattle Day, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of Probus Club of Toowoomba West visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.
