On Monday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received the Princess Royal of the Kingdom of Tonga, Her Royal Highness Princess Royal Salote Mafile'o Pilolevu Tuita; High Commissioner to Kingdom of Tonga, His Excellency Mr Brek Batley; Ministry of Tourism, Kingdom of Tonga, the Honourable Frederica Tuita and Chief Executive Officer for the Ministry of Tourism, Kingdom of Tonga, Mrs Sandradee Fonua Fifita.

Following, at The Inchcolm, Spring Hill, Her Excellency attended the Lyceum Club Brisbane’s 107th Anniversary Luncheon and Lecture, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at Brisbane Showgrounds, Bowen Hills, Her Excellency attended the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland's 2026 Royal Queensland Show Cabinet Dinner, and the Governor addressed guests.
