On Friday, in the morning, at The University of Queensland, St Lucia, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended St John’s College International Women’s Day Breakfast, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at St John’s Cathedral, Brisbane City, Her Excellency attended the Brisbane City Annual World Day of Prayer Church Service.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a Reception in support of The Boys' Brigade and The Girls' Brigade Queensland's Queen's Badges presentations, and the Governor addressed guests and presented awards.
