On Friday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM hosted a morning tea in support of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and presented the 2026 Winston Churchill Trust Fellowship Medallions.

In the afternoon, at Royal International Convention Centre, Brisbane Showgrounds, Bowen Hills, Her Excellency attended the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland’s High Tea Fundraiser 2026, and the Governor addressed guests.
