On Tuesday, in the morning, at the Botanic Gardens, Brisbane City, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the 2026 NAIDOC Week Flag Raising Ceremony, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of Comlink Australia – North Brisbane visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a dinner in support of Regional Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.
