On Thursday, in the morning, at Brisbane and Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Brisbane, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended and officially opened the 15th World Congress of Nurse Anaesthetists, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a luncheon for members of the Executive Council.
