On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM hosted a breakfast in support of Regional Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency received Board Chair, Brisbane Festival, Dr Jane Wilson AO and Artistic Director, Brisbane Festival, Miss Ebony Bott.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the public visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the evening, at Customs House, Brisbane City, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended a farewell reception in honour of Mr Peter Varghese AO, Chancellor of The University of Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.
