On Wednesday, in the morning, at UniSC Innovation Centre, Sippy Downs, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM officially opened the U3A Network Queensland 2026 State Conference, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at TriCare Kawana Waters Aged Care Residence, Warana, Her Excellency presided over a Private Investiture Ceremony for the late Dr Frank Coulter OAM, and the Governor addressed guests.

 In the afternoon, at Government House, members of the public visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received the Ambassador of Belgium, His Excellency Mr Karl Eugene M. Stouthuysen and Mr Johan Schroons.
