On Monday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM hosted a morning tea in support of the National Anglican Bishops Conference, and the Governor addressed guests. 

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a dinner in support of the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations, and the Governor addressed guests. Guests included: Mr Gary Cowan; Ms Filly Morgan PSM; Mr Peter McKay; Ms Kathleen Forrester; Mr Andrew Grabski; Mr Ashley Bacon; Mr Andrew Hopper; Mr Daniel Clode; Acting Deputy Commissioner Chris Hodgman APM; Mr Justin McGowan; Mrs Trudy McGowan OAM; Mr Richard McGregor; Ms Julie Heckscher; Ms Eu Niz Chan; and Mr Scott Allen.
