On Tuesday, in the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD departed Government House for Official Travel to Goondiwindi Regional Council.

Following, at Government House, students from Our Lady of the Assumption visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

Following, at Council Chambers, Goondiwindi, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo received a briefing from Mayor, the Honourable Councillor Lawrence Springborg AM and Council representatives, met with staff and attended a working lunch.

Following at Goondiwindi Hospital, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo received a briefing on operations, toured the facility and met with staff and patients. 

Following, at The Queensland Hotel, Goondiwindi, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended a working dinner with Mayor, Goondiwindi Regional Council, the Honourable Councillor Lawrence Springborg AM and Council representatives.
