In the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM greeted a group of homeschooled students and their families visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a reception for Brisbane Girls Grammar School's 150th Anniversary, and the Governor addressed guests.
