On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received the Clerk of the Parliament, Mr Neil Laurie, for the presentation of three Bills for Assent: Electoral Laws (Restoring Electoral Fairness) Amendment Bill 2026, Youth Justice (Electronic Monitoring) Amendment Bill 2026; and the Major Sports Facilities and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2026.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a luncheon for members of the Executive Council.
