On Friday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM hosted a Morning Tea in support of Queensland Program of Assistance to Survivors of Torture and Trauma Incorporated (QPASTT) and HEAL, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, Her Excellency attended The Order of Australia Association Queensland Branch's 2025 Secondary School Citizenship Awards, and the Governor addressed guests.
