On Saturday, in the morning, at the Royal International Convention Centre, Bowen Hills, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the 2026 RSL Queensland State Congress, laid the first wreath and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo departed Government House for Official Travel to Bundaberg Regional Council.

In the afternoon, at Bundaberg Recreational Precinct, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Fraser Coast Relay for Life 2026, presented awards and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at Bundaberg Port Marina, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron Brisbane to Bundaberg Offshore Yacht Race dinner, and the Governor addressed guests.
