On Wednesday, in the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM hosted an afternoon tea in support of Queensland Country Women's Association Non-Conference Council, and the Governor addressed guests.

 In the evening, at Parliament House, Brisbane City, Her Excellency attended the Surf Life Saving Queensland Parliamentary Friends Function, and the Governor addressed guests.
