On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received Ambassador of Switzerland, His Excellency Mr Nikolas Johannes Stürchler Gonzenbach, Consul-General of Switzerland in Sydney, Mrs Elisabeth Bösch Malinen and Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Queensland, Mr Daniel Gschwind.

In the afternoon, at Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens Auditorium, Brisbane City, Her Excellency attended the 50th Anniversary of Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens Civic Reception, and the Governor addressed guests.
