On Tuesday, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM hosted the Rhodes Scholarship selection committee for final interviews with shortlisted candidates before announcing Queensland’s 2026 Rhodes Scholar as Ms Molly Swanson.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a Reception for the 140th Anniversary of The Lady Musgrave Trust, and the Governor addressed guests.
