On Saturday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM officiated at the swearing-in of the Honourable Amanda Stoker MP as Minister for Families, Seniors and Disability Services and Minister for Child Safety and the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence and as a member of the Executive Council of Queensland.

Following, the Governor presided over a special meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, Her Excellency appointed Ms Natalie Marr MP as Assistant Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training.
