On Saturday, in the morning, at the Shrine of Remembrance, Anzac Square, Brisbane City, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the Brisbane Anzac Dawn Service. Her Excellency delivered her Anzac Day address and, together with Professor Nimmo, laid the first wreath.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a breakfast following the Anzac Day Dawn Service.

Following, at the Cathedral of St Stephen, Brisbane City, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Anzac Day Mass, and the Governor provided the First Reading.

Following, at King George Square, Brisbane City, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Anzac Day Parade, and Her Excellency declared the First Resolution.

In the afternoon, at the United Service Club, Spring Hill, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Queensland Anzac Day Luncheon and the Governor addressed guests.
