On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, members of the combined Probus Club of Noosa visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a dinner in support of Regional Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests. Guests included: Major General Jake Ellwood DSC AM CSC (Retd); Councillor John Ferguson OAM and Mrs Peggy Ferguson; Councillor Rick Britton; Councillor Tom Tate and Mrs Ruth Tate; Councillor Alister Gibson and Councillor Lucas Creek; Councillor Bruce Gibson and Mrs Jeshiel Gibson; Councillor Thomas Sharp and Mrs Myriam Sharp; Councillor Wendy Taylor; Ms Bronwyn Blagoev and Mrs Kristy Nau; and Mr Scott Allen.
