On Saturday, in the morning, at Pullman Cairns Reef Hotel, Cairns City, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received First Nations Patron, Cairns Indigenous Art Fair, Professor Henrietta Fourmile-Marrie AM.

In the evening, at Cairns Performing Arts Centre, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the Australian Festival of Chamber Music's Governor's Gala Concert - 'Mozart: The Marriage of Figaro', and the Governor addressed guests.
