On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received Premier of Queensland and Minister for Veterans, the Honourable David Crisafulli MP.

Following, at Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) Studio, South Brisbane, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended QSO’s Health and Wellbeing Concert – Healthy Ageing.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a Reception for the 2026 National Youth Science Forum Year 12 Program participants in Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.
