On Wednesday, in the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM signed a Message for a Bill.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted students from SHINE Homeschool Community visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

In the evening, at Queensland Art Gallery, South Brisbane, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attend the 70th Anniversary Gala Dinner for Meals on Wheels, and the Governor addressed guests.
