On Tuesday, in the morning, at Brisbane Marriott, Brisbane City, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the official launch of the RACQ's Community Impact Strategy and Community Fund, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, members of the Probus Club of Chapel Hill visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency received the Clerk of the Parliament, Mr Neil Laurie, for the presentation of two Bills for Assent: Resources Safety and Health Queensland and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2026; and Sunshine Coast Waterways Authority Bill 2026.
