On Sunday, in the morning, at the Cultural Forecourt, South Bank, South Brisbane, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the 2026 Run Army, and the Governor presented Awards.

Following at the RAAF Memorial, Queens Park, Brisbane City, Her Excellency was represented by Honorary Aide-de-Camp Flight Lieutenant Adam Lo OAM at the Australian Flying Corps and Royal Australian Air Force Association Queensland Division's Australian and Allied Air Forces Memorial Service, who laid the first wreath on her behalf.
