On Thursday, in the morning, at 1 William Street, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM presided over a meeting of Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Ferra Group, Tingalpa, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received a briefing on operations, toured the facility, and met with staff.

Following, at The Baker’s Corner, Carina, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended an afternoon tea at Kenrose Bakery, received a briefing on the impact of Cyclone Alfred, and met with staff.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a reception for Opera Queensland.
